Email addresses will never be used, sold, loaned, rented, or otherwise distributed or disclosed to any third party for any reason, except if required by law (such as to comply with a subpoena or court order, for example).  Employees and personnel of Ledo Pizza who have access to a customer’s personally identifiable information are required to keep the information strictly confidential and are not permitted to use this information for any other purpose than to carry out the services they are performing for Ledo Pizza on behalf of the client.

Subscribers can opt-in for SMS messages from Ledo Pizza as a part of the loyalty registration process at https://ledo.myguestaccount.com/guest/enroll?card-template=gz6U71JdL9Y&template=0. Users will opt-in to receive marketing and promotional messages for Ledo Pizza’s loyalty program. Messages may pertain to promotional programs, new menu items, etc. Messages for this program will be sent from a short code and begin with “Ledo Pizza”. Message frequency may vary.   • Information Collected

When customers participate in our Customer Programs, we collect personal and non-personal information when you provide it to us. Whether or not to provide such information is completely your own choice.  The personal information that we may collect includes your email address, phone number, transaction data, birthdate, name, subscriber information, credit card number, and any other customer personal information (“Personal Information”). The non-personal information that we may collect when you use our website includes your browser type, the URL of the previous website you visited, your ISP, operating system, and your internet protocol (IP) address (“Non-Personal Information”). The Non-Personal Information is not used by us to personally identify you and is not readily usable for that purpose.

We will respond to your request within 45 days of receiving it, unless we need additional time to
fulfill your request, in which case we will inform you of the reason for the delay.

under certain circumstances, such as if we are required to retain your data for legal or

  • Using Information

Ledo Pizza uses the Non-Personal Information we collect to track the use of the website and to assist us in providing, maintaining, evaluating, and improving our website and the services and products we offer and sell.

EACH TIME YOU PURCHASE A PRODUCT AT LEDO PIZZA, YOU ARE REPRESENTING TO LEDO PIZZA THAT YOU ARE EITHER (I) AN INDIVIDUAL 13 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER, OR (II) A MINOR UNDER 13 WHO IS PURCHASING THROUGH A LEDO PIZZA AUTHORIZED AFFILIATED PROGRAM WHICH PERMITS PARENTS AND OTHER GUARDIANS TO BOTH PAY FOR THE PURCHASES OF MINORS, AND GIVE VERIFIABLE PERMISSION FOR SUCH MINORS TO PURCHASE ITEMS ON OUR SITE AND FOR THE COLLECTION BY US OF CERTAIN INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE TERMS OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY.  If we learn that a child under the age of 13 has provided Personal Information to the Ledo Pizza websites, we will promptly remove such information from our files.
