Josh Hart Reveals his post-game ritual featuring a DMV favorite–Ledo Pizza

In a recent podcast episode, New York Knicks guard Josh Hart had fans both laughing and craving a slice when he talked about his go-to postgame meal — Ledo Pizza.
The conversation kicked off when one of the hosts recalled seeing Hart walk out of the locker room after a game, confidently carrying a full box of Ledo Pizza. Confused at how Hart managed to snag a fresh pie so quickly after the final buzzer, the host asked how he pulled it off.
His answer? A veteran move. Hart shared that he usually slips the locker room attendants some cash to place an order while the game is still going. “Most of the time it’s Ledo Pizza, because it’s fire,” Hart said. If the game’s going especially well—like a big lead at halftime—he’ll put the order in early. “I’ll be watching the game and just think, ‘You know what? This is a good Ledo Pizza time.’”
Fellow Knicks and podcast co-host Jalen Brunson connects the dots and brings up the viral press conference where Josh was caught mid-bite. He’s sitting at the podium with a Ledo Pizza box in plain sight, still chewing when a reporter throws him a question. Josh just laughs and goes, “This pizza is hitting.” It was lowkey one of the most relatable press conference moments ever.
He wrapped it up with a line fans won’t forget: “Obviously you have to eat after a game. You lose so many calories, so you have to replenish the temple—with pizza.”
We’re just happy to be part of the postgame ritual.
